- Orders are processed only after artwork approval (if applicable).

- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- 3–7 business days across India (depending on location).
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on select products or order values at our discretion.
4. Dispatch & Tracking
- Customers will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
- PRINTMONK™ is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.
5. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
- PRINTMONK™ is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Re-shipping charges will apply for returned shipments.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- Any damage, tampering, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
- Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for review.
- Approved claims may be eligible for replacement only (no refunds on customized products).
7. Non-Delivery / Refused Orders
- If an order is refused or undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-dispatch charges will apply.
- Customized orders are non-refundable.
