Return & Refund Policy
Since Printmonk™ products are custom-made and printed based on customer specifications, returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as design errors, incorrect uploads, or change of mind.
Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund may be offered only if:
The product received is damaged during transit
The product has a manufacturing or printing defect
The delivered product is different from the confirmed order
Reporting an Issue
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification
Resolution
After verification:
A replacement will be issued, or
A refund will be processed to the original payment method, at our discretion
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Printmonk™.
