2. Products and Services

PrintMonk operates as an e-commerce store offering ready-made apparel, printed t-shirts, and custom print-on-demand (POD) products.

• We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and fits as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual physical product.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, or print run without notice at any time.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through our secure payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or sent to our automated print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We process and ship orders across India. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary based on your location and our production queue.

• For print-on-demand items, please allow additional time for the printing and fulfillment process before the item is handed over to the courier.

• PrintMonk is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

5. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

• Ready-Made Apparel: Returns and exchanges are accepted within a specified window (typically 7 days from delivery) provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags intact.

• Print-on-Demand & Custom Orders: Because POD products are manufactured specifically for you upon order placement, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for “buyer’s remorse” or incorrect size selection. Refunds or replacements are strictly issued only in the event of a manufacturing defect, print error, or if the wrong item was shipped.

• Order cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order, before the order is pushed via our webhook to the automated print queue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to t-shirt designs, logos, graphics, text, layout, and images—is the exclusive intellectual property of PrintMonk. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs or website content without express written permission.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You shall not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

• Attempt to interfere with the website’s security networks, conduct data scraping, or upload malicious code.

• Submit false or misleading information during checkout to exploit shipping or payment systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian consumer protection law, PrintMonk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the specific amount you paid for the product in question.
